playing in the rain

Late this afternoon, I asked #1 to run some laps around the house to get some energy out. He loves to do this. I time him to see if he can improve his time with each lap. Well it was overcast but no rain. #3 joined in the fun and by the next lap #2. Then the bottom fell out and they just kept running in the rain. They had a blast.

You make me laugh every day....

I tell Matthew the same thing. "Run around the house three times and I'll time you. Ready...set...GO!" *HA*

Earlier this week it rained for three days straight. Our grass is nice and green!!

These are the precious memories of childhood. What a great Mommy you are! Why can't we do this as adults?
Can't you just hear the neighbors as they phoned the little men in white coats. 'She finally lost it!"

I know I don't know you or your kids, but that middle picture looks like your DAD! WOW! I've not noticed that in pictures you've posted before, but I do in that one. Kids are great and it's great for them that you let them do fun stuff like that.

Looks like a good time was had by all. My kids love to go out in the rain. They can be freezing cold there and that is fine, but try and get them into a shower before it's steamy hot and they freak out -- strange kids.
