yummy

We all love strawberries! Today we went out to farm and picked our own. The kids loved it. We went early before it got hot. They taste as good as they look.

These pictures are so sweet! Now I think we'll have to go pick some strawberries. Looks fun! Jaybird and I can eat a pint of strawberries in one sitting together. Ooo, and a strawberry pie sounds good too!
Miss you! I'll call tomorrow with our news...boy or girl?

This looks like fun! We do this every June. I have a really easy, but delicious recipe for strawberry pie that the kids love.

The strawberries are $1.47 a pound. Not bad. WE went in the cool morning, it was great. I don't have a pie recipe. right now they are just sitting in the frig. We have eaten a bunch, but I need to freeze some before they go bad. A gallon is a HOLE LOT of strawbrries.
